Terminology
In a Rhythm Circle the participants will improvise a rhythm, recreate a rhythm, listen to a rhythm, or compose a rhythm; each of these offers different benefits.
RECREATING
Participants are essentially taking lessons and learning the technicalities of playing basic or complex rhythms in unison

Count it out:
Participants are divided into groups; each group is given a number, the facilitator counts up the number line and the participant plays when there number is counted out.
IMPROVISATION
Participants create a rhythm based on their emotions, one rhythm building on the others, all on a base rhythm.

COMPOSING:
The participants are split into teams and each team creates a rhythm and plays it in unison.
Instrument showoff:
The facilitator calls out the different instruments one at a time, the participants whom have them then play, Just drums, Just Bells, or just the sticks, etc.
DRUM TALK:
The group is taught a rhythm, divided into 2 teams and plays the rhythm in rounds.
